Very conveniently, its footprint perfectly matches the dimensions of the chopping board also used as a sink cover in smaller motorhomes so it's easy to use in very confined spaces. It's well-designed with long leads to stretch across from the battery/12v socket to a table or other flat surface. It plugs into a 12v socket (must be rated 20 amp or higher), directly onto a 12v car or leisure battery or will plug into 230v mains for use at home or when camping with an electric hook-up. I use mine in a micro-motorhome but it could equally be used in a car or boat or anywhere on the move. I've waited years for a camping innovation such as this Wavebox and it's a brilliant piece of kit well-designed for campers or people on the move, right down to the small coolbag which keeps food cool inside the unit until it's time for cooking.
